👋 About Me

I am Yifei Deng, an undergraduate student in Computer Science and Technology at Northeastern University, Qinhuangdao Campus.

🔬 Research Focus

My research interests lie in Embodied AI, particularly in scaling up simulated data and bridging the gap between simulation and reality.

💼 Research Experience

I am currently a Research Assistant at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou), advised by Haoang Li. My work focuses on developing simulation environments for mobile manipulation robots and building systems for embodied-data generation.

Previously, I joined the Language and Intelligent Systems Lab at Northeastern University at Qinhuangdao in March 2025, where I worked on benchmarks for robots in industrial environments.

🏆 Competitions

I have participated in several programming contests, earning silver medals in the ICPC Asia East Regional Contest in 2024 and 2025, as well as a bronze medal in the ICPC Asia East Continent Final in 2025.
